Andy Jasuja

Andy Jasuja founded the Sigma Group
of companies. He has served as its CEO and Chairman. He
has also been responsible for turning the company into a
market leader in billing, customer care and service
management solutions for telecommunications and cable
service providers worldwide.

Prior to establishing Sigma, Andy
held a series of senior roles in some of the largest
companies in the telecommunications and banking
industries. He was a consultant at Unitel Communications
(now part of AT&T Canada/Allstream) where he was
responsible for launching the long distance and calling
card services. Earlier, he was Managing Partner of
electronic banking at Royal Trust Corporation (now part
of Royal Bank of Canada), where he had the total
responsibility for the company's electronic banking
operations and systems development. He began his career
in information technology in 1975 at Tata Consultancy
Services in India. Andy holds a Master of Applied
Science degree in Systems Design Engineering from
University of Waterloo.

Shaibal Datta

- Shaibal is responsible for
leveraging the existing customer base while driving new
growth strategies in the IT outsourcing markets.
- Prior to taking this position, Shaibal has years of
experience in managing large outsourcing engagements and
has personally led customers to achieve high operational
efficiency. After completing his engineering studies, he
worked with various information technology companies at
key positions. He earned his MBA from the prestigious
Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western
Ontario.

Vasu began his
technology career as a
systems analyst at Tata
Consultancy Services, where
he was responsible for a
wide variety of consulting
and application development
initiatives for Fortune 500
companies in the areas of
telecom, banking and
finance.
- Vasu was a co-founder of
the Sigma Group of
companies. His ongoing
responsibilities include
financial management,
corporate policy
formulation, and overall
guidance in the operations
of Sigma Software. Vasu holds Bachelors and Masters
Degree in Technology as well
as an MBA from the
University of Toronto.

Natarajan Diwakar
Chief
Delivery
Officer

Diwakar is responsible for the delivery
organization in Sigma and also provides Technology
directions for Sigma Global Solutions. Diwakar is based in
India and started the offshore operations for the Sigma
Group. Diwakar has over 30 years of experience in IT with
leading organizations in India including the Tata group.
Diwakar has been involved in IT services and consulting for
global organizations in the manufacturing, telecom and
utilities sectors. He has also been involved with the
development and support of software products in the areas of
application productivity, OSS and manufacturing. He holds a
Bachelor of Engineering degree and Post-Graduation in
Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
